Ensuring proper care of central lines/CAPD catheters/AVF/AVG Assist the consultant Nephrologist in performing ward rounds. Patient counseling of nephrology related care. Follow hospital policies and maintain the core values. To follow established protocols. Ensure that admission or discharge process are done on time Desired Knowledge: Anatomy and physiology of genito urinary system Ward procedures in nephrology and urology Basic Life Support(BLS) and Code blue training Operation of hospital software Current infection control practices Skills : Phlebotomy Phlebotomy in pediatrics Resuscitation Patient care process Observation of patient responds to treatments Skill to make decision and organize accordingly Communication with patients and internal team
